Our Replacement-First Policy

At Pixfold, we follow a Replacement-First approach. If your item is eligible, we will send a free replacement before any other resolution. If the replacement is also found to be damaged or defective, you may choose a second replacement or a full refund (prepaid orders only).

When Is a Replacement Offered?

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Product was lost in transit
  • You received the wrong item

How to Raise a Replacement Request

Contact us within 48 hours of your order being marked as delivered.

⚠️ An unboxing video showing the unopened parcel with outer packaging intact is mandatory. Without this, we are unable to process replacement claims.

What Is Not Covered

  • Slight color variations due to screen settings
  • Products disliked or ordered incorrectly by the customer
  • Custom/personalised products (unless defective)
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion

No Returns or Size Exchanges

We do not accept returns or size exchanges. Most of our products are made-to-order and created specifically for you. Please review all details β€” size, customisation β€” carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

Refunds are available only for prepaid orders and only after a replacement has been attempted and found to also be defective. Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. COD orders and sale/promotional items are not eligible for refunds.

OTP-Based Delivery

We use an OTP-based delivery system. Never share your OTP before physically receiving your parcel. If the OTP is shared prior to receiving the order, we are unable to offer any refund or replacement.
