We do not accept returns or size exchanges under any circumstances. Most of our products are made-to-order and created specifically for you. Please review all details — including size, customisation, and specifications — carefully before placing your order.
Replacement Policy
We follow a Replacement-First Policy. If your item is eligible, we will send a free replacement. Replacements are offered only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged or defective
Product was lost in transit
You received the wrong item
To raise a request, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video showing the unopened parcel.
