Replacement Policy
We follow a Replacement-First Policy. If your item is eligible, we will send a free replacement. Replacements are offered only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged or defective Product was lost in transit You received the wrong item To raise a request, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video showing the unopened parcel.
Slight color variations due to screen settings Products disliked or ordered incorrectly by the customer Custom/personalised products (unless defective) Items purchased during a sale or promotion COD orders (eligible for free replacement on verified defects only)
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We completely understand — COD feels safer and more convenient, and we respect that.

When will I get my order?
Standard Delivery: 5–8 business days Custom/Personalised Orders: 7–10 business days Remote Areas: May take 2–3 additional days Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or high-demand periods.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it — completely free of charge. After that, the following applies:
After processing begins — A 35% cancellation fee will be deducted from your order value After dispatch — Your order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped For changes like address corrections after dispatch, a fee of ₹150 + GST applies.
